Alla som äro i himlarna, veta, hvad som förehafves der. De veta, att de himmelska ljusen icke ändra sin gång, att hvar och en går regelbundet upp och ner, hvar och en på sin bestämda tid, utan att öfverskrida de befallningar, som de emottagit.
